I am passionate about helping people live out their God given potential and enjoying their relationships to the fullest so they might “Live for More”. My journey has been absolutely amazing and look forward to helping many others create their own amazing journey. I am married to an amazing wife, Jaclyn, who encourages me to be the best I can be, especially in my faith. We are blessed with 5 beautiful children. I started off my “career” as an engineer. My engineering degree equipped me in becoming an innovative problem solver. It enhanced my ability to comprehend systems and processes quickly, seeing the many variables that contribute to each. My natural strengths of inspiring and encouraging others to build on their talents allows me to teach others in ways that make sense to them. This unique combination of natural strengths and developed skills enables me to provide effective coaching, training, and speaking. My passion is to facilitate growth by helping others go within so they don’t go without!
With each client I focus on what makes their passion come alive, I help them find their ‘WHY’ and make the road ahead clearly visible. I value their vision of their future and help them find the means to employ their time, talents and treasures to make it happen.
